• Pursuant to Article XII Section 5, of the Association's By-Laws, the Board has specified that annual assessments are to be paid quarterly, in advance. Assessments are due on the first day of January, April, July and October.

How does one access the Sentry Homeowners Portal to make assessment payments?

• The tutorial link will bring up a PDF document that provides help with registering and navigating the Sentry CommunityPro Portal. There you will be able to see your payment ledger, check your balance and/or make payments.

• Questions regarding assessments and any requests for current status of assessments should be directed to the community manager.

What happens when assessments are are not paid?

• The association sends accounts that are in arrears to the association attorney for collection. The homeowner is then responsible for the assessments and attorney costs.

What are assessments used for?

• Article VI, Section 2, of the Association's Covenants provides that the annual assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the Residents.
