Convening: The
meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock
Road, Annandale, VA  22003.
 
The minutes for April 2012 were review
and approved.
 
Open
Forum:   
 
There was a discussion about the grounds crew on what
their responsibility is for 
cleaning up clippings. 
There was discussion about articles that could be put in the
newsletter.  
 
            
Officers
Reports:

President:   The president
stated the part of the fence what was damaged would be repaired this week.  The president stated that he was looking into
new software  programs
that will be easier to maintain and could be used for multiple functions such
as keeping the rosters, keeping track of dues, ARC letters etc. Homeowners
would be able to access the Leewood message board.   The
president stated that he would be the temporary Chair of ARC until a permanent
Chair volunteered.  The president stated
that he would have an ARC kick off meeting and then the Spring
walk thru would take place.  The towing
contract is being updated. The board extended its thanks to Janet Rourke for
her service on the board for so many years.

Treasurer:   The treasurer stated that there were three accounts
with the attorney.

 - Grounds & Maintenance:   The Chair
     of Grounds and Maintenance stated that she is in contact  with the grounds people and as
     mentioned above she will be in contact with them regarding our
     concerns.
