LEEWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES

July  10, 2012

 

 

Board Members Present:

Kevin Laugherty -  President

Pat Willingham  Vice President

Lynda Flynn – Secretary

Margaret Pitotti – Treasurer

Judi Davenport – At Large

 

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:50 pm at the home of the Secretary.  (Phillips School was locked).

 

The minutes for June, 2012 were review and approved.

 

The board went into an Executive Session to discuss several homeowner issues. 

 

Open Forum:   

           

                       

Officers Reports:

  

·         President:   The President reported that  the Grounds and Maintenance committee would like approval to have our landscape people water the newly planted trees in the common area. The board voted and approved the watering.   The fence work behind Leestone Street has been completed. The board discussed the new regulations the for Homeowner’s Associations and voted to have our attorney look over the Regulations to make sure we are in compliance.  The board discussed articles for the next newsletter. 

 

·         Vice-President:   The Vice-President will look for someone to head the ARC. 

 

 

·         Secretary:    Nothing

 

·         Treasurer:   The treasurer reported that there are three accounts with the attorney.  A few reminders were scheduled to go out.  The assessment are coming in a timely fashion.

 

·         At Large:    Nothing

  • Architectural Review Committee (ARC):  The following motions were made and approved regarding active ARC violations (Note: as the ARC Chair, The President, Kevin Laugherty, does not vote on ARC hearing decisions or other ARC matters required approval of the Board):

Hearing Letter to be sent:   none

Hearings to be re-scheduled: none

Second violation notices:  one

With Lawyer: One homeowner account

            The ARC Committee is in the process of looking at homes for violations. The ARC Chair is waiting for remaining reports from committee members before the letters will be sent.   

 

·         Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
