MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES

Board Members Present:

Janet Rourke – President

Lynda Flynn – Secretary

Margaret Pitotti – Treasurer

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA  22003.

 

The minutes for November 2011 were reviewed and approved. There was no December 2011 meeting.

 

Open Forum:  

 

None

 

Officers Reports:

 

·         President:   The President along with the board present discussed the annual meeting package.  The board approved the audit.  

 

·         Vice President:   Nothing

 

·         Secretary:    Nothing

 

·         Treasurer:   Nothing

 

·         At Large:    The At Large member stated that the neighborhood watch sign was not installed.  The annual meeting room has be reserved for Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 8:00 pm
