MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

December 12, 2012

 

 

Board Members Present:

Pat Willingham  - President

Kevin Laugherty – Vice President

Lynda Flynn – Secretary

Margaret Pitotti – Treasurer

Judi Davenport- At Large

 

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA  22003.

 

The minutes from the November, 2012  meeting were reviewed and approved.

 

The Board entered into an Executive meeting to discuss personnel issues. 

 

Open Forum:   None

 

Officers Reports:

  

·         President/Vice President:    The President announced that the Reserve Study has been updated.  Articles for the upcoming Newsletter were discussed. 

 

·         Secretary:        The Secretary reported on the correspondence with the attorney regarding the additional parking spaces.  The attorney said that we could not assign additional parking spaces because the Declaration will not allow for this.

 

·         Treasurer:        There are four accounts with the attorney. A few reminder notices will be mailed. Otherwise we are in good shape. 

 

·         At Large:         The At Large member reported that the work for  the self help resident has been completed except for one item.  The contractor is waiting to hear back from the resident for access to finish.
