Convening: The
meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock
Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
The minutes for February and March 2012
were review and approved.

There was a discussion about upcoming articles for the
newsletter.

President: The president
stated that the contract had been signed for the repair of the perimeter fence
and work should start soon. The new
towing agreement was signed.

Treasurer: The treasurer stated that there were four accounts
with the attorney and the quarter dues are coming.
