Convening: The
meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock
Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
The minutes for October 2011 were review
and approved.

Reports:

President: The president
stated that a homeowner volunteered to remove the debris in the common area.
The trash contract was renewed for three years
·
Vice President: The Vice President reported
that there was a small portion of the fenced that needed to be finished.

Secretary: Nothing
·
Treasurer: The treasurer stated that there were four accounts
with the attorney and there are a few accounts that are going to receive a
reminder notice. The Treasurer reported that the roster has been updated.

At Large: The At Large
member stated that the neighborhood watch sign would be replaced and he was
working on the on parking space that a homeowner asked to be reassigned.
