Board Members Present:
Janet Rourke – President
Mohammed Umar – Vice President
Lynda Flynn -- Secretary
Margaret Pitotti – Treasurer
Tom Harvat – At Large

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA 22003.

Minutes: The August minutes were reviewed and approved.

Open Forum: Al Carchedi stated that he is waiting for a start date for the seal coat on Bradwood Court . A homeowner asked for an extension on his ARC violation. The board told he they would discuss and get back to him,

Officier Reports:

• President: The president asked that the board approve posting of four “No Thru Traffic” signs be posted. The tree and shrub plan was presented. We are looking to getting estimates for fence and/or replacement on Leestone Street and Bradgen Court. A letter to a homeowner was approved asking that they repair damage done by their contractor. The president asked that the Vice President ask Immanuel Bible Church if it would be possible for our residents to park during the upcoming street repair.

• Vice President: Nothing to report.

• Secretary: Nothing to report.

• Treasurer: The Treasurer reported that there are currently 19 accounts outstanding of which 4 have been turned over to the attorney and 1 estate matter. The amount of arrears is $6,900.00. Of this amount $2,150.00 is with the attorney.

• At Large: Nothing to report.

• Architectural Review Committee (ARC): The following motions were made and approved regarding active ARC violations (Note: as the ARC Chair, The At Large Board Member, Tom Harvat, does not vote on ARC hearing decisions or other ARC matters requiring approval of the Board):

With Lawyer: Three homeowner accounts.

The chair of ARC stated the second letters have gone out. A decision was made to give a homeowner a thirty day extension.


Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm
