October 19, 2010

Board Members Present:

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA 22003.

Minutes: The September minutes were reviewed and approved.

Open Forum: Al Carchedi stated that the final phase of street work would start on October 21, 2010.

Officier Reports:

• President: The president reported that she has been looking at “No Thru Traffic” signs and checking on getting bids for fence repair/replacement for next year. The annual meeting will be scheduled for March 8, 2011. The President also announced that Tom Harvat has resigned from the Board and as ARC chair due to job requirements. A preliminary discussion of a by-law amendment was discussed.

• Vice President: Nothing to report.

• Secretary: Nothing to report.

• Treasurer: The Treasurer presented a report on the status of current dues. Since it is early in the quarter the treasurer stated that dues were still arriving.
