Board Meeting
Minutes

November 9, 2010

Board Members Present:
Janet Rourke -- President
Mohammed Umar – Vice President
Lynda Flynn -- Secretary
Margaret Pitotti – Treasurer

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA 22003.

Minutes: The October minutes were reviewed and approved.

Officier Reports:

• President: The president presented the By-Law change as discussed at the previous meeting. The By-Law change was approved to be added to the Annual Meeting Packet to be approved by the Homeowners. A snow removal contract was approved. The president suggested that the dues not increase for 2011. The board approved. Newsletter articles were presented and approved by the board. The Budget for 2011 was approved. The board voted to raise the HOA assessments to $205.75 per quarter but keep the quarterly payment to $200 for the coming year.

• Vice President: The Vice President will check on the repair of the No U-Turn signs on Braddock Road at the turn into the community.

• Secretary: Nothing to report.

• Treasurer: The Treasurer reported that there are 21 accounts that need to have letter sent. Four account are with the lawyer.
