              Mohammend Umar – Vice President
              Lynda Flynn – Secretary
Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips
School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
Minutes: The May minutes were reviewed and approval was deferred
              to the July Board meeting.

              Officer Reports:
            • President: The President stated that a homeowner called
and reported that they saw a tractor-trailer cutting through the
neighborhood to avoid the traffic light. The board discussed and
decided that there is no way to stop the cut through traffic. National
Night Out is scheduled for August 3, 2010. Dominion Paving started
street repair on Bradwood Court and part of lower Leedbrad. The
workmen stopped abruptly stating that there was too much traffic
going through the neighborhood. The President stated that she would
talk with the owner of the company and report back. Dominion Paving
has a proposal for additional street work on Leebrad Street; a decision
to approve was deferred until the July meeting since the hard copy
proposal has not been received. The President announced that the
Chair of the Grounds & Maintenance Committee had resigned due
to the requirements of her job. The telephone book is almost complete
and is in final editing. The ARC letters are still in the initial
stage and action on second letters/hearing letters will be considered
              at the July meeting.
            • Vice President: The Vice President has renewed our Capitol
One CD for an additional two years at 1.5% APY.
            • Treasurer: The Treasurer was not present, but provided
an update of homeowner accounts. There are currently 18 accounts
