April 21, 2008

A special meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 21 April 2008 at 7:00pm. The meeting was held at 7040 Bradwood Court, Springfield, VA 22151. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the ARC case that is scheduled for court on April 23, 2008.

Janet Rourke - President
Ramanuj (Bob) Chilakamarri – Vice President
Mohammed Umar – Former Treasurer
Rose Weber – Secretary
Melinda Ford – At Large

Due to the work schedules of several board members, the meeting was convened at 7:30 pm and immediately went into Open Forum.

No homeowners were present so the Board moved to Executive Session at 7:31pm to discuss the pending court case. Executive Session adjourned at 8:00pm.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:01 pm.
