August 23, 2006 Emergency Board Meeting

Minutes

An Emergency meeting of the Board of Directors was held on August 23, 2006 at the Phillips School.

Attendees:

Bob Chilakamarri
Janet Rourke

The meeting was convened at 7:45 p.m. and immediately went into Open Forum. Since no homeowners were in attendance, the Board went into executive session at 8:00 p.m. to further discuss proposed trash contracts.

The Board reconvened at 9:05 p.m. No definitive decision was made on a trash contract during executive session. The Board agreed to continue to clarify outstanding questions on the terms of the proposed contracts.

MOTION: A motion to pay AAA for September based on a review of AAA rates was seconded and approved unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m. No further meetings have been scheduled.
