Annual Homeowners Meeting
Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 8:05 pm.

Becky Taylor, who had performed the check in duties announced there was a sufficient quorum to conduct ordinary business.

Officers Reports:

President - Ron Filadelfo summarized the board’s accomplishments of the year.

Treasurer - Mohammad Umar presented the financial reports.

Secretary, Special Projects - No reports.

Matters to be put to Vote

President explained tax resolution.

President presented the proposed commercial vehicle ban amendment and pooper scooper amendments to the By-laws. There was an active discussion from the floor.

Nominating committee presented the candidates for office:

Merrill and Ken Chertok
Dune Ly
Mike Day

No additional nominations were made from the floor.

Ballots were marked and collected:

Becky Taylor and Judy Currier counted the ballots:

• Tax resolution passes unanimously
• The Chertoks, Dune Ly, and Mike Day were elected to the board unanimously
• The By-law amendment was passed, four votes against it.

The committees presented their reports.

Open Forum

The board was thanked for their participation in the previous year

Chris Taylor conducted the drawing for the door prizes.

Meeting adjourned at 9:45 PM
