Change Pages

From time to time, there are changes in our governing law. The residents/owners are informed of them in advance and have a chance to affect the outcome. Copies of the changes are generally distributed to the residents/owners and should be kept with their manuals.

However, best laid plans go astray and change pages are sometimes lost! Although the documents you find on our site are the most up to date copies, you will probably want to keep your hard copy current. Below is a list of change pages which you can either view or download in pdf format.

The Leewood Manual - changes to the 1998 Revision

• Bylaw change, March 2004, Pages C13 and C14. This changed our Parking and Animal Control restrictions.
• Trash collection change, July 2005, Page 4. Our contractor started charging for pickup of appliances with freon.
• Trash Change and Resolution 6, March 2006. Page 4 and A-15. Trash was taken out of our Standards and picked up by the board via resolution.
• Trash Change:change of trash contractors, March 2006. Page 3. (effective 1 December 2006)
