Annual Meeting Minutes
Board Members

Convening: The
meeting was called to order at
Officers Reports:
President: Patricia introduced the board and discussed a homeowner's
passing. Pat mentioned the list of accomplishments that was completed in 2015.
She is walking around seeing spring pop up, flowers in the community and by the
message boards. This year goals are to complete drainage issues, prune trees
and keep working on the same things that need to be done to keep the community
nice.
Vice President: Janet had no report
Treasurer: Dayna asked Pat about the light that still needs repair. Pat
called Dominion five times since January. She initially called in October. We
are on the repair list so says Dominion. Pat let the homeowners know the
process of how to report out watch lights. Dayna noted that the assessment
vouchers have been well received. She summarized the assessment accounts. Dayna
informed the homeowners that she places the posts in the message boards.
Currently there are messages concerning pet waste, “see something say something”
(let the board know), solicitors’ information with help phone numbers, and another
trash reminder. Assessment reminder will be posted a week prior to due date on
the boards.
Secretary: Heather mentioned doing a spring trash pick up, recommended
doing the parking lot clean up by Professional Grounds, placing a light by the
main sign and flowers around community.
Committee Reports:
ARC:
Dayna said she has a full group of inspectors. There will be a lot of letters
going out this year. The goal is to get the letters out and followed up. An ARC
meeting will take place soon. They will discuss adding new McCormick colors to
the chart and new doors to the approved list. Pat mentioned homeowners are
asking about changing the house numbers design and the wood piece the numbers
go on (homeowners say they are difficult to replace).
Grounds and Maintenance:
Pat volunteered as interim grounds and maintenance committee chair after Al
Sanford resigned in October. Pat said we needed to renew the lawn and snow
contract. Professional Grounds dug trenches around the trees to get them ready
for mulching. They will be mulched in March.
Report of Finances:
Leona summarized the 2015 activity and year end financial position. Assessments
will remain the same at $225 quarterly. She also provided an overview of the
2016 budget.
The president acknowledged efforts from board members, committee chairs and
thanked homeowners for their assistance. Any questions on the committee

Election of Board Members:
Exiting members: Haroon Malik’s resigned as a board member
in September 2015. Heather Pike completed her 3rd term. Leona Taylor and Heather Pike volunteered to run for the
board and were added to the ballot. Homeowners voted on board members and the tax
resolution.
* The homeowners were asked to fill out the Leewood Directory form as well. For
homeowners not present, the Leewood directory form will be added to the
newsletter and a drop off location will be provided.
