were approved.
Open Forum:
Officers Report/Updates
President: Pat mentioned a homeowner parking spot
had been cleaned from dirt lines. She discussed the leaves and the mulching in
the grass by Professional Grounds. Pat confirmed that the community is on the
schedule for the first leaf blowing and collection. She discussed the annual
assessment notification letter and the assessment ticket sheet. The board
approved the letter and assessment ticket sheet. The board is buying stamps
from a homeowner. Board voted to not to convene in December and to resume
January 2016. Pat will add the newsletter to the HOA website via Dave. The board
received letters from homeowners concerning the new sign and message board.
Trash contract increased below seven percent, effective the first of December.
Treasurer: Dayna discussed the final assessments of 2015.
Secretary: Heather discussed edits for the
newsletter. Homeowners are blowing leaves from their front yards to common
areas and the street.
ARC:
Dayna reported that she had not sent out many ARC letters. She
discussed a homeowner violation, a door color that did not match the shutters.
