Monthly Board Meeting Minutes

Convening: The meeting was called to
order at
Approval of past minutes: November
minutes were approved and January were approved with an amendment.
Open Forum:
Discussed contacting Accokeek concerning fence pieces, a homeowner thank you
card and LHOA insurance. If a light is out you have to take the number off the
light and call Dominion. Several board members called about lights out. A call
to the county was made to investigate property codes.
Officers Report:
President-Pat talked about starting the process to draft the Spring
newsletter. She got the envelopes with Leewood
address on them today. Spoke about the annual packet. Dayna
will make a change to the directory document. Pat will give Heather a copy of
the audit and POA packet info. We are set for next meeting at 8.
Vice President- Judi says thank you and she may be present for the March
meeting. She mentioned calling Accotink Fencing
Company for estimates on replacement sections in the common areas.
Secretary- Heather dropped POAA packets at Staples to make more copies.
Treasurer-Maggie went over assessments. She has not sent out notices for
the fourth quarter for delinquent payments. She will transition a board member
into doing the assessments.
At-Large- Haroon contacted Dominion but the
company did not know what he was talking about. Judi told him what to do. When Haroon calls he can let us know what Dominions says.
Perhaps we could draw the lights into the Leewood map
with the lamp number in case a light needs maintenance.
Dayna's Report:
ARC: Discussed a homeowner's fencing issue. Homeowner has not signed a
certified letter concerning a penalty notice.
G&M: Professional will be around when it's nice to leaf blow.
